BD European Training Center: - Training BD associates & BD customer on Flow Cytometry and on various BD instruments: cell sorters (e.g. BD FacsAria Family, BD FACSMelody) and cell analyzers (e.g. BD LSR Fortessa/X20, BD FACSymphony) - Training material development for in person & remote courses (presentations/videos/ elearnings/ virtual environment for software education) - Technical & troubleshooting skills on several BD flow cytometers/sorters - Proficient on various flow cytometry acquisition & analysis softwares (FACSDiva, FACSChorus, Flowjo, FACSSuite...) - Flow Cytometry core facility leader of the Caprion European Site: · Development, qualification & validation of complex Flow Cytometry-based methods · Responsible of equipment maintenance, calibration and cleaning; referent for instrument troubleshooting · Performs or supervises the execution of instrument settings (CS&T check, compensation, experiment set-up, cytometer alignment (intra & inter-sites) · User support: trainings and technical support for operations and maintenance of cytometers - Lab leader for specific studies: training laboratory members, review and maintain all study-related worksheets and forms, ensure that reagents and antibodies supplies and inventories are maintained and are sufficient at all times, anticipates ordering of antibodies and titrations - Writing and reviewing of SOPs and associated worksheets/forms - Preparation of experimental plans and worksheets needed for the conduct of immune monitoring assays - Participates in data analysis and experimental reports writing; - Capability to work in normative environment (GCP, GCLP, ISO 17025 or GMP)

- Maîtrise des différentes techniques liées à l’Immunologie de par la participation à de nombreux projets précliniques et humains: Culture cellulaire, caractérisation par Cytométrie de flux ou Elisa, Tri cellulaire - Responsable de développement et de validation de Read-out en lien avec les projets (cliniques ou précliniques). - Développement d'une technique de détection d'Oxylipides par Spectrométrie de Masse. - Connaissance des méthodes de traitement d'échantillons humains, murins et porcins (sang, ganglions, rates,muscles...) ; Gestion de collections d'échantillons cliniques humains. Travail selon les règles de qualité liées aux études cliniques. - Participation à l’implémentation, à l’amélioration et au suivi du 5s au laboratoire. - Organisation des résultats, double check, archivage et présentation des données liées aux projets ; Rédaction de synthèses d’expériences et rapports. - Recherches bibliographiques liées au projet afin d’y apporter compréhension et nouvelles idées.
