I connect strategy to execution and make complexity simpler. Over the past few years, I’ve led major strategic and transformational initiatives in IT—most recently bringing IT, Data, and Operations closer together to deliver end to end value. Today, as Senior Director responsible for the Bank’s Convergence Strategy, I orchestrate an enterprise wide roadmap that unifies reusable business capabilities across Retail, Commercial, and Wealth, strengthens governance, and drives measurable benefits through simplification and reuse. Earlier, I oversaw the program migrating corporate collaboration tools to the Cloud, which helped enable a rapid shift to remote work for ~20,000 employees at the onset of the pandemic. I also served as IT Program Manager for the construction of National Bank of Canada’s new headquarters—coordinating technology delivery with complex stakeholder and timeline constraints. My career started in London in the financial sector. I hold a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bristol, and I’m Lean Six Sigma certified—bringing a data driven, client centric approach to optimizing processes and steering transformation programs that scale.
