General management of Cognizant’s business in France - ~$150M - $350M P&L – 1000 local staff. • Positioned successfully Cognizant on its markets and structured customer relationship teams. Acquired key new customers for next step of growth • Created and leveraged the partner ecosystem to generate additional business and increase customer coverage. • Direct management of large and strategic opportunities, focusing on value and commercial negotiations. Successfully closed large deal of the year in 2023 for EMEA. • Grew digital business of Cognizant France from $10M to $40M in 2 years organically from 2018 to 2019 • Identified M&A targets and closed acquisition of EI Technologies in 2020. Full integration EI Technologies acquisition in Cognizant organization to generate additional synergies and value.
VP Digital practice In charge of all digital activities for Atos in France – 100M€ P&L – 700 local staff • Transformed and aligned the organization to a verticalized approach to focus on key value to customers (specific offerings in Telco, engineering capabilities in transportation). • Set up the relationship with key partners, including Salesforce, Microsoft and RedHat. • Substancially overperformed targets in 2016, ensuring delivery of a major national security program.
