Currently engaged in project management in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) field at BNP Paribas CIB, I work to integrate sustainable and responsible practices within the company, aligning environmental and social objectives with business strategies to create long-term value. I am also an experienced Risk Manager in the banking sector with 15 years of experience at Société Générale. I began my career in Inspection before taking on technical and cross-functional roles within risk teams on market activities (counterparty and market) and as a team manager. These experiences have allowed me to significantly contribute to strategic decisions by presenting relevant elements to senior management and regulators, while ensuring the development of my team members by providing them with context and meaning. #sustainability
