Head of the Aftermarket Sales for the Utility Sector in France
Setting up the maintenance activity of Rotating Equipment in the Utility Sector on the French Market. The BU is responsible for delivering service on own fleet (CCPPs) as well as non OEM French Nuclear Fleet ( Steam and Geno)
Responsible for delivering the full maintenance portfolio on the Siemens product line in France encompassing more than 200 installations (including Gas, Steam turbines, and compressors). Increase the activity to include other rotating equipment such as Steam turbines and Compressors. Restore the economical viability of the activity by negotiating with the HQ the reimbursement of costs for the support provided by the Region on the maintenance contracts
Integration and development of the activity within the Siemens Group. Maintain fleet support whilst adopting new reporting lines. Integration of new methodology and processes coming from HQ. .
Operational Responsibility for the Gas turbine Fleet in territory (30 units).. Supervision of the Sales and Technical population based in France (8 employees) Financial and technical management of the activity. .
