My work is founded on one core belief: A leader exists to support, develop, and look after the people they have the privilege and responsibility to lead so that they can deliver the results for which the leader is accountable. My extensive leadership experience spans diverse environments, from guiding soldiers in Iraq to mentoring students on expeditions in the Mongolian Step and jungles of Malaysia. I've also served as a board member and business owner, bringing a comprehensive understanding of leadership to the table. My experience spans from the battlefield to the boardroom. With over two decades of leadership experience, I specialise in delivering transformative leadership development training, high-impact motivational speeches and powerful one-to-one coaching & mentoring.
