For the past 15 years, I’ve focused on the luxury yacht sales and services in Asia market, co-founding CAPE-10 in China and leading Tam Son Yachting in Vietnam, successfully representing top brands like Azimut Yachts, Beneteau, Lagoon sailing catamarans, and Saxdor Yachts. Now, I am excited to join AQUILA Catamarans as Regional Sales Director Asia-Pacific, a pivotal step for both the company and myself as we build on a strategy of steady growth and network development. In 2018 we added Zodiac Nautic to extend our range of products for Vietnam market. In 2020, Azimut Yachts appointed Tam Son Yachting as their official distributor for Vietnam market. More recently, Tam Son Yachting became in 2021 the new distributor for Saxdor Yachts and Iguana Yachts for Vietnam. Main responsibilities: • Sales & Development Director, acting as Deputy General Manager, Member of the Board of Directors • Yachts Sales & business development in Shandong province and North China, including Beijing/Tianjin • Recruitment, training and management of the sales and marketing team (6 persons) • Annual Plan and budgets, Targets set up and Action Plans, monthly sales reporting and review • Define and implement sales strategies, promotions and incentives • Employees annual appraisal system and incentive • Boat order and supply chain (from shipyard to client’s handover in China) • Yachts brands relationship and new yachts brands investigation, market and competition review • Customer Satisfaction index • Marketing operational tools development • Boat shows, promotional events and joint events 2015: CAPE-10 organizes the first Asia Barracuda Tour in Qingdao with Beneteau support. For two days, Beneteau Barracuda boats owners, customers, partners, local fishing club members, and journalists met up for this one-design fishing competition. 2013-2014: Diversification and step up into super yachts world with Monte Carlo Yachts dealership. Award: 2013 Lagoon Asia best sales performance, with the 4 largest units of the range sold in Qingdao 2011-2012: Structuration and growth, second dealership with Lagoon catamarans (April 2011) Award: 2011 Beneteau Asia Best Customer Service 2009-2010: Company launch and first dealership with Beneteau sail and Beneteau power (November 2009) Award: 2010 Beneteau Asia best sales performance for Beneteau sail, with government order of 10 racing sailing boats
