Hi, I'm Ben! I am a Virtual Assistant who specialises in supporting healthcare professionals with their administrative needs, helping them run a successful and organised business. I understand how much time healthcare professionals spend on paperwork, and I’m passionate about helping them reclaim that time so they can focus more fully on their clients. I currently work in Guest Services at Thorpe Park Resort, supporting and resolving guest feedback to ensure every visitor has the best possible experience. Previously, I worked at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort within Guest Services, Ride Access Pass, and Accessibility, supporting guests with diverse needs to enjoy their day at the park. Before this, I worked as a qualified Occupational Therapist within High Secure Services. This role gave me a strong understanding of confidentiality, professional boundaries, and handling sensitive information — as well as the ability to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and approach every task with empathy and care. 📩 Email: [email protected] If you’d like more information or want to discuss how I can support you, feel free to contact me anytime.
I support guests who would like to process feedback about their day and work with other departments to ensure they have the best possible experience. I also support the retail team with restocking and assisting guests in buying items like food and merchandise. While handling money and completing a card transaction.
I am the founder of my own virtual assistant company, which specialises in supporting healthcare professionals with administration, invoicing, customer service, feedback, diary management, mass emails, personal assistant needs, and KPI analysis and everyday business support.
As a Ride Access Assistant, I help guests who need a Ride Access Pass, assisting them both before and during their visit. My role involves becoming an expert in the Ride Access system to answer queries and support guests with disabilities or medical conditions who may have difficulty standing in long queues. I ensure guests understand the process, support them throughout their visit, and provide excellent communication and service recovery when needed.
I had a couple of shifts shadowing the Health & Safety Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, learning about health and safety and operations throughout the park, ensuring near misses and records are logged and updated.
Working as a qualified occupational therapist, working with men who are diagnosed with personality disorders and mental illnesses, both on a rehabilitation ward and a high dependency ward. When working with these patients, I use the VdTMoCA, which provides treatment aims and principles of care to guide my practice.
As a Ride Operator at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, I operated rides and ensured guests had an unforgettable experience while ensuring the rides were safe to operate for the day. This included checking guest heights, safely loading them onto rides, and managing the ride controls, all while following strict health and safety guidelines. I received comprehensive training on ride operation and emergency procedures to stay up to date. I also trained and certified new members of staff on the rides I worked on. Throughout the day, I maintained a positive and friendly attitude to create magical moments for our guests.
