As a Medical Education Coordinator for Spine and Spinal Robotics, I played a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the different medical educational programs for HCP (Healthcare Professionals). I collaborated closely with internal teams, faculty, KOLs, and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and compliance with regulatory. • Cross-Functional Coordination and Event Management Logistics. • Organization of Executive Development Programs with high-level service and world-class standards on and off Campus such as HPL (High Performance Leadership), FBL (Foundations for Business Leadership), and other Custom Programs (a program customized for a company) as well on and off campus. • Create Learning Portals (LMS & HTML) for participants from around the world to share information regarding logistics, pre-work ahead of their arrival. Prepare teaching material, database searches and supporting material (marketing, print-shop, restaurant, etc.). • Relationship management with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
