An "accidental admin", I have more than ten years of experience implementing and administering both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms. Currently, I am the Senior Manager, CRM at the Boston Red Sox, overseeing the organization's Salesforce platform spanning fifteen business units and more than 170 users.
Responsible for effective configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and related infrastructure for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Administer the CRM applications and responsible for maintaining the CRM systems, monitoring end-user usage of systems and performing daily administrative tasks. Also responsible for ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related processes adhere to organizational performance measures and best practices. While primarily dealing with the CRM environment, also involved in other data analytics and reporting projects in the IT infrastructure. Work closely with CRM user community on their business requirements and partner with other IT members and external partners on designing and implementing technical solutions.
Manage and develop the organization’s marketing systems including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, Fan Manager & email database as well as support all aspects of the organization’s sales and marketing process including lead generation, campaign performance tracking and analytics.
