• Planned and facilitated a psychosocial-support group for 19 adolescents living with HIV • Facilitated school-based curricula for 120+ students, including HIV, health topics, life skills, and gender equity, • Developed and instructed after-school leadership and health clubs for 80+ at-risk youth aged 10-15 years old • Managed scheduling and patient-file organization for 650+ patients receiving ART treatment • Established protocol for patient tracking/follow-up for elevated viral-loads, missed appointments, and defaulters • Executed the digitalization and digitization of all consultation reports and laboratory blood results • Designed program content, coordinated logistics, and mobilized fundraising efforts for a community wide gender-based violence awareness workshop with over 150 attendees • Spearheaded opening of a community organization providing support for the elderly, women, out-of-school youth, and adults living with HIV
