Applying Business Analysis within the concept and design phases of the change process. During conceptual phases of the project I develop feasibility studies, options appraisals, and business cases; collaboratively with Finance, IT, HR and the business. During the design phase of a project I work with the business to understand the As-Is state and the desired To-Be state. I elicit, document, and socialise requirements to ensure the project is able to develop the desired solution. Throughout, I work collaboratively to ensure that all stakeholders, particularly the business, are well communicated to with regards to the progress of the project. Working with project teams made up of a variety of roles and different types of individual characters, I ensure that all aspects of change are considered and the impact of the change is undertaken in the correct manor. Communication and the ability to engage with a varying levels; such as at a Strategic level, down to the supporting the business unit, is where I specialise within.
