Strategic HR partner to the C-Suite – steered business-driven people initiatives and advised executives through a large-scale transformation. Built the HR strategy from the ground up – launched an in-house Talent Acquisition team and a group-wide Leadership Development programme. Unified five standalone HR teams (≈ 60 FTE) into a single, group-wide function (CHF 5.8 m P&L), balancing high-touch business support with shared-service efficiency. Cut voluntary turnover to < 3 % while redesigning HR into a lean, service-focused, digital-first organisation. Digitalised Core HR – rolled out Workday (HCM, comp, learning, talent, performance) plus time/absence, payroll integrations and DocuSign for e-signatures. Standardised employment terms & rewards – harmonised contracts, pay frameworks and variable-comp schemes for medical staff and managers.

Built a scalable HR organisation – set up ~45 HR colleagues across five sites, split into Group HR (strategy, governance) and local HR operations. Crafted the first group-wide HR strategy & roadmap – introduced strengths-based talent management and fostered a culture of co-creation and inclusion. End-to-end HR digitalisation – rolled out Workday globally with employee & manager self-service for every core HR process. Elevated employer brand – launched a fresh EVP, revamped employer branding and created an international recruiting hub. Boosted ownership culture – designed and implemented new employee share purchase plans with a dedicated digital platform. Strategic rewards overhaul – delivered a modern group reward framework covering board & exec pay, grading, fringe benefits and an updated pension scheme.
