- Develop Business Tools for Carbon Neutral transformation planning - Identify and Develop Carbon Neutral technologies & implement in production vehicles
- Quick ramp-up in Gasoline Hybrid calibration capability through full integration of 2 European engineers to local Japanese team, delivering engine Calibration for Toyota C-HR Hybrid. Continuous transfer of knowledge and remote management of European Team capability ramp-up. - Development of Japanese language skills
- Delivered NOx storage function calibration for 1.4 D4D engine (Yaris, Auris, Auris TS, Corolla) with full responsibility of work package including team management (3 engineers) and collaboration with EU mega-supplier development team. - Engage shift of responsibility of Engine Calibration team from Diesel to Gasoline Hybrid Calibration : Training on Toyota Hybrid System calibration + Preparation for assignment at Toyota Headquarters in Japan (incl. Japanese language skills)
- Development of Diesel Engine Control strategies & Calibration for 1.4 D4D engine (Yaris, Auris) covering wide range of calibration work packages (Emissions, Diesel Particulate Filter, Performance, Fuel Consumption, Drivability, Homologation, Factory) - Diesel Calibration project leader for 1.4 D4D application to Auris Touring Sports and Corolla - Optimise Diesel Engine Model Based calibration processes, represents Toyota in European specialised events.
- Assignment at Bosch CVIT for Toyota Motor Europe: fully integrated to Bosch development team at supplier to develop Bosch-Toyota cooperation framework for Diesel Engine Calibration. - Diesel Particulate Filter calibration for 1.4 D4D engine (Yaris, Auris) - I developed fluent practice of Italian language
In partnership with my master of science at IFP-school, I contributed to develop products for the Airmeex range of aftermarket exhaust after treatment system, focusing mostly on catalytic converters and on Diesel Particulate Filters. Applications ranged from light trucks to waste removal trucks and passenger buses.
