- Management of international cruise and cargo vessel calls in all Icelandic ports, serving as main contact person of captains, pursers, officers, port and state authorities - Management of international sea freight projects (FCL, LCL and bulk) ex Iceland; sales and quotations; IMDG approval; handling and clearance of ship stores in transit for cruise vessels - Identification and qualification of sales opportunities for shore services; project management and operation; on-board meetings and briefings with clients; follow-up with KPI; revenue control - Maintenance and development of high-quality customer relationships with international management executives; negotiations and contracting - Attendance and preparation of marketing material for trade shows; leadership and mentoring for temporary workers and external contractors within the department
