Industrial Maintenance Engineer

About

With 25 years of experience in a FDA regulated GMP facility I oversaw daily operations of the plant from production to manufacturing. I was responsible for ensuring policies and procedures in order to maximize safety, quality and productivity. I was also deeply involved in the LEAN manufacturing process to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Utilizing the LEAN manufacturing process we were able to increase production while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. As a leader, I consider communication and strong team building to be the most important factors in running a successful operations team. I have the ability to appropriately delegate, create accountability and to lead by example.
