Benjamin Olson holds a universitiy degree in management and economics and completed study visits to Sweden and South Africa during this period. He began his career in product management at the headquarters of the medical technology company B. Braun Melsungen AG in Melsungen Germany. From 2008 to 2012, as a strategic marketeer in the field of regional anesthesia, he was responsible for new product developments and worldwide market launches. From 2012 to 2015 he was on an international assignment in Melbourne Australia to help establish the "Therapy Sales Concept" for the Hospital Care business in the state of Victoria. In 2015, he co-founded B. Braun New Zealand, based in Auckland, responsible for the Aesculap and Hospital Care divisions. During 2016 to 2019, he was responsible for the national business development of the Patient Care business at B. Braun in Germany with a focus on M&A activities. Since April 2019, he has been responsible for Digital Solutions in the Global Marketing & Sales unit of B. Braun Avitum AG.
