My original career path began in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Utilizing the abilities I learned along the way, I was able to grow and lead successful teams in achieving corporate goals. During this journey, I developed a passion for analyzing multiple forms of data as well as working with numbers. I consider myself a professional in my approach to my work and would be happy to bring my abilities to a new organization.
I manage food production of a 6-stationed dining hall with about 2,800 meals per day with a staff of 45 professionals. My roles require proficiency in Kronos, Prima, Lean Path, and Micros. I evaluate budgets for my outlet and assist with other lines of business. I can make sense out of numbers and explain it to others so the whole team can make the best decisions to move forward.
