Besides classical engineering, I'm a specialist in connecting technical choices with all other issues challenges involved in a project (legal, finances, certifications, interfaces…) till client acceptance is my speciality. Currently looking for career evolution, I will enjoy managing projects binding together different renewable energy or be part in the implementation of new biogas, biomethane or hydrogen solutions. I really believe green gases will play an important role in the future, particularly in the green mobility sector. Since more than 20 years I'm working in cross-cultural environment and I'm loving it ! Construction of a new biogas plant with biomethane upgrading at Sankt Augustin (Germany) composting plant using special high solids anaerobic digestion technology for bio-waste : Lead of a project-team, Client-care from engineering till acceptance of the plant, Management of several different suppliers and interfaces with other lots. Achievements: Detail-engineering, interfaces clarification, works organisation and shedule, costs control,, supervision of building (civil, mounting, process, electrical works) and commissioning, clearing open points and deficiencies for acceptance, dealing with damage event (insurance).
Implementation of the new quality management system to follow the rise of production of our new standard upgrading plant → Respect of internal deadlines and quality standards (Quality Gates) Supervision of the extension of existing upgrading plants as well as preparation of the building of new plants in France : Internal coordination (Engineering, SCM, Logistics), Rest-works survey, Supplier specs and supervision, Building site solutions provider, Gas-network operators supervision,... Review of existing documentation or whole plant, biogas production and upgrading and extension if needed (particularly regarding French « operating permit » authorities demands). Development of a new product line: a standard small scale upgrading plant.
