Ich bin Geschäftsführer — und das seit über 10 Jahren. Nicht in einer Rolle, sondern in verschiedenen Unternehmen, Strukturen und Situationen. Was mich dabei immer angetrieben hat: Unternehmen nicht nur zu führen, sondern wirklich weiterzubringen. Ob nach einer Übernahme, in einer Restrukturierung oder beim Aufbau neuer Strukturen — ich arbeite da wo es komplex wird und Ergebnisse zählen. Inhaltlich bin ich zuhause in Corporate Finance, M&A und Post-Merger-Integration. Was das in der Praxis bedeutet: Unternehmen in unruhigen Phasen stabilisieren, Strukturen aufbauen die funktionieren, und Teams auf ein gemeinsames Ziel ausrichten. Ein Projekt das mich besonders geprägt hat war die Restrukturierung eines Baudienstleisters — am Ende stand der erfolgreiche Verkauf an einen MDAX-Konzern. Heute verantworte ich mehrere Holdingstrukturen in Bau, energetischer Sanierung und PropTech. Was mir wichtig ist: Zahlen und Menschen zusammen im Blick behalten. Beides ohne das andere funktioniert nicht — das ist meine Erfahrung aus über 10 Jahren Führungsarbeit.
