CTPO at Bridge and member of the Executive Committee (CODIR). I own end-to-end technology and product strategy, and execution across Engineering, Platform, Security, Product and Data, bridging deep technical decisions with business priorities. I lead a multi-layer org of 18 internal engineers (including 4 Heads of and a Chief Architect) and coordinate a 10-person external 24/7 on-call team. I’m accountable for a ~€500k annual budget and for reliability at scale: 99.99% service uptime (healthcheck) and 99.99% API success rate (non-5xx), with MTTR < 30 minutes at ~3M calls/day. I build lean decision-making systems (Proof of Value / PoV), reduce cost without compromising delivery (~€150k/year savings), and invest heavily in hiring, growth, and high standards of execution. I also build products end-to-end (from zero to production): My Post Factory (AI content automation), My Leaf Card, My Menu Factory, and HereYouGo (archived).

• Own the company-wide technology vision and strategy as CTO, operating as a key member of the executive team (CODIR) and partnering closely with the CEO on priorities, trade-offs, and execution. • Lead a multi-layer org: 18 internal engineers (incl. 4 Heads of / middle management + Chief Architect) and coordinate a 10-person external 24/7 on-call team (onboarding, access control, runbooks, escalation). • Expanded scope from delivery-focused backend leadership to end-to-end Tech ownership across Engineering, Platform, API/Connectors, Security, Data, and Architecture—bridging deep technical decisions with org-level leadership. • Rebuilt the Data function into a strategic pillar: recruited a Head of Data and structured a 3-person Data team (Head of Data + Data Scientist + DS apprentice/intern). • Introduced a Proof of Value (PoV) operating model to validate initiatives quickly (lean experiments, measurable outcomes, minimal build), improving exec-level decision speed and ROI discipline. • Cost & efficiency: delivered sustained tech cost optimization (~€150k/year savings, incl. ~10% (~€50k) IT budget reduction) through tooling and infrastructure rationalization. • Reliability at scale: maintained 99.99% service uptime (healthcheck) and 99.99% API request success rate (non-5xx), with MTTR < 30 minutes; alerts kept rare and mostly driven by external banking ecosystem outages.
• Owned delivery and execution across Product Engineering + API + Connectors + Platform + Architecture, aligning technical roadmap with company OKRs and cross-team priorities. • Led a remote org: managed an 8-person core team (developers, architects, cloud engineers) and coordinated a 10-person external 24/7 on-call/SRE team (onboarding, access, runbooks, escalation). • Reliability at scale: sustained 99.99% service uptime (healthcheck) over 12 months, and 99.99% API request success rate (non-5xx) at ~3M calls/day. • Built the observability and operational foundation: rolled out Datadog, defined SLA/SLOs, improved alerting/incident response, and reduced on-call noise through better guardrails and processes. • Delivered major change safely: executed a critical database upgrade in parallel with broad technical-debt refactoring, minimizing risk and downtime. • Drove major efficiency gains: reduced AWS spend by ~2.5× while supporting +105% traffic over the year (≈ 5× efficiency). • Owned people and business-critical responsibilities: hiring (3 engineers), performance & career development, budget/tooling, and CIR (R&D tax credit); contributed to compliance/risk documentation and client contract reviews. • Built internal tooling for engineering KPIs and operations monitoring (Node.js + GitHub/Opsgenie APIs); delivered quick POCs when needed (Ionic/Angular).
• Solo-built a production AI content automation platform for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: generation → review → publishing (multi-tenant, fully automated). • Delivered real-world usage at scale: ~7,000 posts generated to date, with reliability mechanisms (retries, validation workflow, notifications) and a credit-based billing/metering model. • Owned the full product lifecycle end-to-end: product, engineering, pricing/packaging, onboarding, marketing, customer support, and continuous iteration based on user feedback. • Built multimodal pipelines (text / image / video) and integrated multiple model providers, incl. Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Nano Banana Pro, GPT-image-1.5. • Demonstrated organic traction using MPF in full auto: LinkedIn audience grew 700 → 3000 followers in 12 months, generating ~7,000 likes (LinkedIn only). • Converted early adopters into paying customers, including users who migrated from competing tools. • Stack: Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, Angular (PWA), cron/queues, model APIs.
• Founded My Menu Factory in 2017, a family meal-planning SaaS designed to simplify weekly food organization. • Solo-rebuilt the product end-to-end after a multi-year pause: product, UX, frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, deployment, content, and positioning. • Built a meal-planning engine, to generate weekly menus based on family preferences, portions, recipe availability, and practical day-to-day constraints. • Integrated AI selectively where it creates real value: filling inspiration gaps when the recipe base is not enough, and generating polished food visuals to improve the user experience. • Designed the experience to solve a recurring household problem: deciding what to eat, avoiding repetitive meals, reusing trusted recipes, and turning weekly menus into ready-to-use grocery lists. • Developed core features including cookbook management, weekly menu planning, portion handling, recipe reuse, AI-assisted suggestions, generated visuals, and grocery list generation. • Relaunched the platform with a production-ready foundation, combining fast solo execution, pragmatic automation, SEO-oriented content, and continuous product iteration. • Owned the full founder scope: product strategy, engineering, pricing/packaging, onboarding, support, marketing, analytics, and roadmap. • Stack: Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, Angular, deterministic planning engine, AI APIs, automated content/SEO workflows, production hosting and deployment.
• Initiated and led a 0→1 R&D program to build a 3D tactical situation demonstrator for next-gen naval combat systems, starting solo and scaling to a team delivery. • Architected and built an end-to-end prototype: 3D global tactical map (terrain + bathymetry), track history, and full situation replay, consuming the track stream from the Combat Management System (CMS). • Achieved real-time performance at operational scale: ~5,000 tracks, 1s refresh, smooth visualization targeting ~30 FPS. • Delivered and deployed the demonstrator onboard the nuclear aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, integrating it within the Combat Information Center / Central Operations (CO); adopted as a primary visualization on large displays by operators. • Built a multi-device, multimodal UX: touch-first UI + voice assistant for tactical commands, plus Android tablet + smartwatch “mini-sitac” and wrist-level system alerts usable even outside the CO. • Integrated a real-time collaboration and communications suite (video/voice + shared interactive briefings/annotation) to support coordinated decision-making. • Led execution and coordination: SCRUM Master, COTS evaluation and licensing due diligence, and management of 4 software engineers. • Stack: Java (Spring) on WildFly, Angular, CesiumJS, Android clients.
