I am a highly competent, motivated and pro-active Senior MI Analyst with aspirations to develop my career further. I have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA and writing SQL queries which has been invaluable within my role and gives me the confidence to meet any challenge that arises. I am always keen in developing my skills and challenging myself, and with that I am currently developing my knowledge in Power BI. • Stakeholder management, building good relationships with internal and external customers at all levels within the business to ensure the delivery of high end reporting and agreement on delivery schedules. • Creation of standard operating procedures for each piece of work to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. • Responsible for the end to end design and creation of MI reporting production, including design, report creation, documentation and working with stakeholders to agree a delivery date. • Management and delivery of over 20 reports to the business on a daily basis, ensuring SLAs are adhered to • Involved in the design and creation of automated and manual quality controls incorporated into all MI reporting to detect any errors in the end product before it is published. • Using a range of tools such as SQL, Excel, BEX and Access to extract and interpret data in order to build datasets to customer specification. • Providing management information to a strict 95% service level agreement. • Complete ad-hoc customer requests for complex datasets by having good communication with the customer to interoperate what they need and setting a SLA for delivery. • Responsible for providing MI reporting and being a point of contact to multiple departments such as complaints, executive complaints and high level analysis teams that work to high standard and scrutiny from external governing bodies. • Coaching and development of new staff, including hosting skill classes to pass on knowledge such as VBA and SQL
