Operational and strategic role within Europe Supply Chain planning team. - Management of the operational risk control activities for Snacks and Beverages scope within Europe team, leading to an improvement in the company's ability to adapt to unforeseen events through enhanced communication and proactive risk management. - Design of a resilience plan, implementation and managing the associated road map for the Supply Planning team from 2021, with a rigorous methodology and precise assessment of priorities. - Management of the agility agenda top high-risk suppliers thanks to a long-term approach that has considerably strengthened security of supply (duplication) and reduced top high risks materials (replacement or removal). - Successful development and implementation of several Business Continuity Plans (BCP) covering various critical aspects of operations (suppliers, energy, quality). These BCPs were essential in maintaining business continuity in the event of disruptions, guaranteeing operational stability.
- Successful management of the Supply Planning activities for Beverages (main brands: Pepsi, Lipton, 7Up) in France and BeNeLux business units, achieving targeted objectives (customer service KPI above 98%, optimized finished product schedules, maximized available capacities with in-house and subcontracted production sites and management of raw materials procurement) in moving environments (Covid crises and trade negotiations). - Launch and implementation of the S&OP process, including the introduction of monthly SMR and weekly S&OE cycles, in close collaboration with the End to End Supply Chain France (demand planning, inventory management, transport and warehouse teams). - Supervision of planning processes (best practices and system data owner) and management of continuous improvement actions and logistics KPIs. - Coordination and collaboration with production sites (PepsiCo in-house and subcontractors) in Europe: managing priorities, building annual plan and costs control. - Management and supervision of a 6 planers team based in France and Belgium.
Responsible for planning and supply teams at PepsiCo Nutrition plants in Western Europe (5 sites): - Planning of finished products, NPD launch, management of industrial capacities, customer service priorities and materials supply (packaging and ingredients). - Responsible for change management for the implementation of new planning tools. - Management of a team of 14 people (including 7 direct reports and 1 assistant).
