      Context & Mission: Stepping into the Director of International Sales role in 2024, I assumed full P&L accountability for all international sales subsidiaries and global distribution channels, overseeing over 230 employees worldwide. My mission was not only to scale revenue but to redefine the global positioning of Murrplastik’s international sales organization. I led the development and implementation of a unified global sales strategy focused on customer-centric value creation, market expansion (notably across EMEA and the Nordics), and consistent operational excellence. Central to this strategy was the transformation of our fragmented sales structure into a cohesive, performance-driven ecosystem — anchored in customer proximity, aligned to strategic OEM segments, and agile across regions. This repositioning also included the systematic enhancement of our global partner and distributor network to drive penetration, loyalty, and regional responsiveness. Impact: This strategic repositioning has delivered clear results: double-digit international revenue growth, a 2x increase in distributor sales from 2020 to 2024, and an average of ~15% YoY growth globally. I’ve continued to expand our sales footprint through targeted initiatives such as establishing a regional hub for the Balkan markets and intensifying OEM partnerships in competitive sectors.       Context & Mission: Promoted to lead Murrplastik’s global sales in late 2020, I was entrusted with transforming the international sales organization during a pivotal growth phase. I assumed end-to-end responsibility for international sales revenue and budgets, and led a core team spanning inside sales (8 members) and field sales (5 members) across countries. My mission was to accelerate market expansion in EMEA and beyond, strengthen our distributor network, and cultivate a cohesive, high-energy team. Backed by executive authority, I drove an OEM-focused business development approach alongside our channel strategy, targeting major industrial OEM clients to diversify growth. I also championed a shift to data-driven sales management, laying the groundwork for global CRM and reporting systems to unify how we track performance and customer engagement. Impact: Under my leadership, Murrplastik achieved record-breaking international growth. We doubled revenue through our global distribution network from 2020 to 2024, a result of rigorous channel development and local partner empowerment. I spearheaded expansion into new markets – including establishing a subsidiary covering the entire Balkan region – and reinvigorated our presence across Europe (from Southern Europe to the Nordics) through strategic regional initiatives. These efforts drove an average annual sales growth of ~14.7% internationally. I also implemented global standardized reporting processes, which significantly improved pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
