• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on various types of air and gas compressors (reciprocating, rotary screw, centrifugal). • Conduct system diagnostics, identify mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. • Inspect, test, and adjust compressor components such as motors, valves, filters, belts, and lubricants to ensure optimal performance. • Maintain and calibrate compressor control systems, including PLCs, sensors, and automated monitoring equipment. • Monitor compressor performance using diagnostic tools and software, providing detailed reports on operational efficiency and potential issues. • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to assist with equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting. • Assist with compressor system upgrades and modifications to meet changing operational requirements and industry standards. • Coordinate with other engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of compressor systems into larger production processes. • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. • Perform emergency repairs and on-site troubleshooting, ensuring minimal operational downtime for customers or internal teams. • Provide technical support and guidance to operators and junior technicians on proper compressor operation and maintenance
