Business development of Arcelormittal Energy S.C.A finding new opportunities to optimize a 15 TWh power and 20 TWh gas Portfolio in Europe. Activities split between origination towards company trading activities and energy procurement for end customers. - From RFQ to contract deployment manage sourcing contracts for Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Italy - Market and regulation watch in Balancing, Flexibility, gas storages, TSO working groups) - Point of contact to answer regulation, energy intensive association or grid operators - Energy procurement for end customers from definition of the needs with the clients, RFQ organization, contract negociation up to purchase orders - Portfolio management of Guarantees of Origins, French capacity certificates, green certificates in Belgium - Develop new trading activities and valorize portfolio (pooling agreements, short term trading with profit share schemes, flexibility in France, Belgium Italy either on mFRR or aFRR) - Set up access to new markets from License obtention acting as supplier/trader/balance responsible party (Romania, Poland, Spain ...) to IT specs for all operations (nomination, Contract new actors of gas and power markets) - Maintain and develop EFET contract portfolio, point of contact with counterparties - Manage IT projects (building Database, portfolio and risk follow up tool, spreadsheets and reporting templates) Working closely with Front/Middle office, Legal team Manage a team of three IT engineers and one sales/administrative collaborator.
