Control & create; automated excel pricing programs for motor division, automated excel work instruction/job sheets, and BOM configuration. Develop standards for quoting and pricing of motors. Release all production paperwork to shop floor work cells.

Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project development, and quality control. Manage both commercial and residential architectural millwork projects. Control both office and site management of projects. Work directly with client base of general contractors and construction management companies. Take projects directly from sales manager, manage project from design phase all the way thru installation and close out of job. Oversee entire project through production and make sure project is on budget and the client’s needs are met. Manage small projects of $15,000 of millwork all the way up to larger $2 million millwork projects. Also supervise and manage our installation sub contractor schedule
