I manage the intellectual property portfolios and strategies for ecoATM Gazelle. In my previous roles as outside counsel, I worked with clients of all sizes and developmental stages to develop and increase the value of their intellectual property (IP) portfolios. This work included advising clients on the types of IP (patents, design patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and jurisdictions (U.S. and worldwide) that best advanced the clients' goals. My experience with IP strategy also includes filing for and defending post-grant proceedings, such as ex parte reexamination, supplemental examination proceedings, and reissue applications, as well as assisting with patent litigation. I have developed IP strategies in many technology areas, including medical devices, irrigation systems, automotive/hybrid drive systems, aerospace systems, portable power generators, industrial appliances and manufacturing systems, as well as design patents.
I manage the intellectual portfolios, both patent and trademark, for ecoATM Gazelle. I also advise on internal and external strategies regarding all areas of intellectual property.
