I’m an innovative change professional with a keen interest in business and data. I’m a recent history graduate, starting my career in change and transformation. As part of the three year Development Programme at Grayce, I’m supporting industry-leading change projects whilst gaining accredited change qualifications, technical skills and hands-on experience. My first client assignment is at RSA Insurance Group, working on data analysis and regulatory compliance.
