Predict how much of each SKU to order based on historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and lead times. Coordinate with warehouse ops to resolve discrepancies (cycle counts, damaged goods, etc.) Generate replenishment reports showing stock-outs, low-stock items, and overstock Track current inventory using Warehouse Management System (Manhattan)
Conduct thorough checks to ensure all orders are correctly filled, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product codes, and item descriptions to prevent fulfillment errors. Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure that picked orders are promptly transferred to packing and shipping departments, ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Oversee the accurate receipt, organization, and storage of merchandise and supplies within the warehouse, ensuring all stock is stored in its designated location to optimize space and improve inventory retrieval efficiency Maintain accurate records of stock levels, product movements, and discrepancies, preparing reports to provide insights into stock trends and inventory performance.

Ensuring that all skaters adhere to the rink's safety rules and regulations. This includes enforcing rules such as no excessive speed, no horseplay, and wearing appropriate safety gear. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information about the rink's services and programs, and assisting visitors with any concerns or issues they may have. Ensuring that skating sessions start and end on time, and managing any transitions between sessions smoothly. As well as, being prepared to respond quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency, such as a power outage or a skater falling through the ice.
