About

I provide high level export control consultation services to the Australian Department of Defence, Defence Industry and Space Industry. I am extremely passionate in ensuring the sovereignty of Australian capabilities when exported to foreign jurisdictions, including integrated within foreign systems. I have extensive experience of maintaining compliance with export control regulations including the United States (US) International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). I also have frequently provided in-depth advice and compliance services relating to the export control regulations of key Australian defence partners, such as the United Kingdom and Germany.
