About

I’m a senior content producer and creative director with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations turn complex information into clear, usable communication. Much of my work focuses on areas where clarity really matters, from explaining pensions and financial systems, to creating Pharma films that communicate medicine pathways and research to non-scientists. I work closely with subject experts to shape accurate stories that people can actually understand and trust. I’ve led creative work for organisations including Save the Children, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Oxford University, Airbus and EasyJet. Projects have included apps, websites, animations, films and printed material, often designed to help people make sense of unfamiliar ideas, navigate decisions, or engage with complex products and services. Alongside this, I create event content that goes beyond standard highlights. Rather than documenting a timetable, I look for the story, using short interviews, vox pops and observational moments to capture energy, context and emotion in a way that stands out and has a longer life beyond the event itself. For larger events, I often work across longer campaigns in the months leading up to them, distilling early ideas into clear creative direction and marketing content that builds momentum before the event, not just coverage on the day. I’ve also worked closely with technology teams on software-led projects, including legal platforms and airline software and apps. This has involved getting stuck into UX, design and usability, thinking through how people move through an experience, where complexity needs simplifying, and how content, interface and behaviour work together across apps, web platforms and interactive experiences, including games. I enjoy allstages of a project, generating ideas, wrestling with how best to present a complex subject, and working out whether it’s better served as an app, a website, an animation or a film. From there, I shape the structure and storytelling and stay close to the work through delivery, making sure the final output is clear, accurate and purposeful.
