As a team manager at SM forestry, I oversee the daily operations and safety of the teams. I have 3years of experience in this role, and I have also worked as a subcontractor arborist. I have a strong skill in using chainsaws and other equipment to perform tree care and maintenance tasks, such as planting, felling, weeding and chemical spraying. I also have a core competency in team leadership, as I train, supervise, and motivate my team members to deliver high-quality work and meet the deadlines and expectations of our clients. I am passionate about improving the health and appearance of trees and woodlands.
