Pursuing a Masters of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology as part of the Eisenhower Leader Development Program with the United States Military Academy.
-Servd as the Primary Staff Officer for Personnel (S1) of a Field Artillery Battalion. -Serve as the primary advisor to the Battalion Commander on all matters regarding personnel and Army Policies/Regulations relating to Personnel and Command Interests Programs. -Responsible for a small team of Human Resource Soldiers who support over 600 Soldiers with various personnel actions (Finance, Evaluations, Promotions, Awards, Postal Operations, etc.). -In addition, during field or combat operations the section is responsible for personnel accountability, strength management, as well as casualty and replacements operations.
-Served as a graduate instructor teaching an Introduction to Sociology course at Ohio University during 2015-16 academic year. -Responsible for teaching students the basic concepts and frameworks of sociology in an introductory course. Prepare lectures, activities, exams, and assignments. Conduct lectures and facilitate classroom activities.
