I’m a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with experience delivering hotel, office and mixed-use projects from early feasibility through to procurement and design development. I enjoy shaping the commercial strategy at the start of a project, making sure risks are understood, and helping clients make clear, informed decisions. I’ve worked on schemes from £50m to £1bn, leading procurement, coordinating design teams and keeping the commercial side running smoothly. Now at Knight Frank, I focus on feasibility work all the way through to handover and use of CAT A & B spaces. I help guide projects in their early stages, building on the practical experience I gained at Gardiner & Theobald. I try to bring a calm, straightforward and collaborative approach to every project I’m involved in.
