Ansible Role Upgrade: Successfully led the update of the team’s eight Ansible roles from Ansible version 2.9 to version 8.1. Enabled the continued use of Ansible roles across all company data infrastructure through the use of rigorous testing and change management practices. Databricks Feature Enablement: Enabled automatic Databricks workspace permission management and Delta live tables within the Databricks workspace deployment ansible roles. Accomplishments/Projects: Glycine Feedstock Conditioning: Developed a methodology reducing operator hours by 70% for conditioning glycine super sacks. Cowles Dissolver Mapping: Mapped utility and process connections to decommissioned equipment, removing safety hazards due to improperly decommissioned assets. Site Storage Optimization: Developed a reusable VBA script to analyze and visualize tank utilization, saving roughly 100 hours of senior process engineering time. Production Schedule Dashboard: Created a Google Scripts-based application for an updatable Production Schedule Display.
