Prioritized and led execution of numerous design projects to reduce the impact of the global supply chain crisis through continual risk assessment, troubleshooting, planning, and communication. Developed and executed strategy to expand regulatory compliance/certifications for a communication multiplexer product line. This included gap analysis, de-risking the platform through exploratory evaluations of existing designs, consideration of impacts from draft standards and leveraging roadmap projects to incrementally increase regulatory certifications to expand to new markets.
