Throughout the summers of 2020 and 2021 I have been Interning for PennDOT. This job has enabled me to learn exceptionally well-maintained time management and leadership skills. I always have a positive mindset while showing up to work and while doing my work. I plan on taking and passing my FE before i graduate school, and then thrive to take my PE soon after. I also plan to graduate from Pennsylvania College of technology with a degree in Civil Engineering to pursue a job in the engineering industry.
I was a part of multiple bridge inspections in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Susquehanna County. I was able to gain experience with plan drawings and familiarity with PennDOT ECMS and other terms that would be helpful in my future field.
