Before establishing 20/20 Capital Advisory Group, Ben worked in Investment Banking at Dorset Peak (CAC Specialty), Cross Keys Capital and McKenzie & Associates; Valuation Consulting at Deloitte; and Equity Research at Raymond James. Ben started his career at Florida Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Ben is a graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder. Ben is a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC Member FINRA / SIPC.

Execution & deal related responsibilities included creating and presenting proposals and pitch decks to potential clients, building financial models, negotiating transaction values and other deal-related figures, and preparing engagement letters, confidential information memorandum, process letters, investor decks, industry reports, and specific security write-ups for deals ranging from $5 to $500 million in revenue. Consulting tasks served both business owner/entrepreneur clients, as well as official funds / financial sponsor clients through both pre-transaction and post-transaction mandates.
Was responsible for M&A activity in the lower middle markets, with a focus on deals with EBITDA between $1 - $10 million throughout many industries and sectors. • Built leveraged buyout models, public comparable and precedent transaction comparables, discounted cash flow analysis, and accretion/dilution analysis. • Performed in-depth financial and operational due diligence on client companies, analyzed market trends, competition, and potential strategic partners using information obtained from various data sources. • Prepared pitchbook materials, scope of services, NDAs, confidential information memorandums, and internal presentations. • Participated in all stages of equity, debt and mergers & acquisitions transactions, including the development of financial models, due diligence sessions, the drafting of committee memos and sales memos, and board presentations.
Advised public and private companies in their due-diligence, carve-out, target screening, financial reporting, strategic and tax planning by performing complex financial modeling and industry research to value common and preferred equity, invested capital, debt, and intangible assets. Consulted with various clients regarding in-depth valuation techniques in several industries with a specialization in TMT.
