I help people reconnect with their bodies as powerful instruments for healing, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and improved executive functioning. My clinical work bridges the physical and the psycho-emotional. I integrate orthopaedic injury treatment with somatic therapy and nervous system science to help people release deeply held patterns—often locked in posture, pain, and behavior. Drawing on training in Classical Chinese Medicine, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, I offer a spectrum of care—from precise structural work to subtle, energetically attuned interventions. I also bring a systems-level lens to healing. I am a Social Psychology researcher with a Bachelor's from U.C. Berkeley and a unique background spanning military special operations, eco-village management, documentary film-making, and complex systems analysis. With a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, trained under Wharton’s Professor Kenwyn Smith in organisational psychology, I specialise in understanding and transforming group conflict—identifying core dynamics and articulating actionable insights for resilience and systemic change. My academic grounding in group dynamics helps me support both individuals and organisations in navigating conflict, stress, and transformation. My approach is rooted in cultivating clear, embodied awareness. Suppressing conflict—whether physical, emotional, or systemic—often perpetuates pain. Healing begins when we learn to listen deeply. I'm currently in private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and serve as the Australian Coordinator for Psycho-neuro Energetics (PNE).
