I started my first business at 16 — a wine business. I didn't know much about running a company, but I knew instinctively that if something had to be done more than twice, there had to be a smarter way to do it. That instinct followed me into everything I built after that. At KWERQUS, a furniture eCommerce business I co-founded, we scaled to seven figures and I built the entire operational backbone — logistics, backend systems, automated processes — before we exited in 2021. At Holidu, I was deep in business operations and analytics, building data infrastructure and working on automation projects within the organisation. At Toolbox Fitness, I built automated systems for onboarding, payments, client tracking and reporting from the ground up. In every company, the story was the same: too many hours lost to manual, repetitive work that didn't need a human to do it. For the past few years I've been working directly with businesses as an automation specialist — identifying exactly where time is being lost, and building the systems that eliminate it. Not complex transformation programs. Not AI for the sake of AI. Just clean, reliable automations that run in the background and give time back to the people who should be doing more valuable things. I work with Make.com, n8n, monday.com and whatever tools the client already has. I don't replace existing systems — I connect them.
