A joyful life is an individual creation. For me, joy means connecting, learning while sharing joy and knowledge with others. In 2021, I started my own business and founded the brand reoat, where I am working as the 2. managing director. Together we want to make an impact on the sustainability of the food industry. My other big passion is science, especially social sciences. Therefore, I am currently working on my doctorate degree in psychology at the Freie Universität Berlin, while also teaching Organizational Psychology Interventions at Medichalschool Berlin. I am particularly interested in why people do “good things” and in their effect on others. This means studying proactive prosocial behavior. More generally I am, on the one hand, interested in Positive, Social, Work and Organizational Psychology and on the other hand in Sustainability, Start-up Culture, and the food industry. Of course, I like to make contact with like-minded people. As an open-minded and open-hearted enthusiastic learner, I am able to respond to people of all kinds in terms of origin, age and background and find the right tone in dealing with others. When I'm not working and studying, I like lifting weights, spending relaxed evenings with my friends or losing myself in some new virtual rabithole to increase my repertoire of useless knowledge.
