My passion for disassembling my childhood toys and rebuilding them led me to pursue a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. At Rockwell Automation, I discovered a new passion for growing businesses through strategy, operations, which led me to pursue an MBA. I joined BCG as a Consultant post MBA to build out my "consultant toolkit" of framing complex problems in a simple manner, developing hypotheses, and driving towards data backed solutions in an efficient matter. After BCG I joined Ruggable, a D2C home furnishings e-commerce brand, first in a Special Projects capacity helping out where I could. I eventually landed in Customer Experience where I built the Customer Experience organization from the ground up. Outside of my career, I'm passionate about giving back to the community particularly around equity in Education, STEM, and Diversity & Inclusion. I also enjoy providing ad-hoc consulting for small-mid size businesses in local communities. I'm always looking to connect with anybody who shares an interest in these things.

Below are some of the highlights: Go-to-market strategy development: Conducted market diligence, deployed survey to distill consumer insights (key purchase criteria, purchase behaviors, vendor preferences, etc.), interviewed experts to understand market trends, and developed multiple go-to-market strategies for a Commercial Real Estate Services client. Program management of post merger integration: served as Scrum Master across multiple workstreams (two process redesigns and one organization restructuring) to ensure value delivery, oversaw financial tracking and reporting to CFO and other executives, led development of operational playbooks to ensure account coverage through the organization changes Next gen SaaS offering strategy & transformation: Analyzed customer journey and user experience on both the client’s and competitors software to determine product and customer service areas for opportunity and conducted SEO/SEM analysis to inform the next gen product marketing strategy Organization consolidation and process redesign: analyzed current processes of 4 different Talent Acquisition groups, developed a centralized go-forward org design and process based on external best practices, developed implementation and change management plans Business performance benchmarking: Analyzed 5-year historic Capex, Opex, and SG&A spend to determine baseline, compared baseline to that of market peers, identified areas of opportunities, and developed 10+ levers to drive performance improvement for an Energy client. Brand new organization design and set-up: Designed the structure of an Enterprise Information Management organization, defined the overall strategy, and defined the strategic initiatives to help the leadership team utilize enterprise data as an asset in better decision making
