I am a software development engineer currently working on the Smart View product at Elekta. I am passionate about writing clean code that makes a difference in peoples' lives. I have experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
-Worked extensively on the Smart View product, including improvements to the SmartForms feature, a .NET 8 conversion of the Observations feature, and replacement of a SyncFusion grid with a custom CSS grid. - Fixed numerous bugs and connected with customers to troubleshoot their installations of Smart View. - Utilized C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Built a full-stack product feature to automate the configuration of hc1's Rapid Response Queue product. - Designed and implemented the API endpoints to access and store data to and from AWS DynamoDB. - Used React to build a GUI to invoke the aforementioned API endpoints. - Unit tested the feature with Pytest and wrote documentation using the Swagger YAML editor. - Participated in weekly Scrum meetings with the engineering team. - Presented the project to the engineering team; the presentation was well-received.
- Created an API endpoint to copy Looker files between 2 GitHub repositories, built frontend using React for the endpoint. - Wrote a Python script to create a GitHub repository and add it to a GitHub team. - Worked with mithril.js to make UI improvements to hc1’s DataBoop service.
- Worked with other students at Delta Faucet to examine social media trends related to Delta Faucet products. - Scraped the web for Delta Faucet product reviews using Python and analyzed the data using Python’s machine learning package scikit-learn.
- Built a product feature using boto3 library to automatically enable and download AWS flow logs of VPC instances and parse them to discover unsecured traffic. - End-to-end responsibility from planning to implementation to QA to documentation. - Helped fix various bugs related to the Aviatrix Controller software.
