Lead the development of six multi-family apartments with 1392 units and total value of 105 million dollars. Work scope included: land acquisition negotiations, project design and feasibility studies, workforce recruitment, zoning and permit authorizations, financing, proposal submittal, and construction management.
Spearheaded and supervised more than fifty major consulting projects in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Uruguay and Ecuador. Advised senior leadership in key strategic decisions and the operational planning. My clients included multinational, local, and government entities.
Oversaw the bank’s Operations, Systems, and Human Resources segments for all branches. Due to my drive and results, I was promoted to Senior VP responsible for all Commercial Operations.
Developed case studies and assisted in teaching the MBA course and executive seminars.
