Currently, I am the CEO and Managing Director of Janus Electric (ASX:JNS), where we are solving one of the hardest problems in the energy transition: decarbonising the heavy transport industry through exchangeable battery technology. Previously, I was the CEO of Evergen, where we built a world-leading energy orchestration platform that was acquired by the Intellihub Group (backed by PEP & Brookfield). My background spans building and exiting high-growth tech companies (Search Party, IPO exit), corporate strategy at Macquarie Group, and deep operational leadership. I specialise in: Scaling High-Growth Ventures: From startup to exit, including IPOs and trade sales. Capital Markets: Raising capital in public (ASX) and private (VC/PE) markets. Energy Transition: Deep expertise in renewables, battery storage, and the electrification of transport. Turnarounds & Strategy: Transforming legacy business models through digitisation and operational rigour. Leading Janus Electric (ASX:JNS) in its mission to electrify the global heavy transport fleet. Janus has developed a proprietary exchangeable battery system that converts existing diesel prime movers into zero-emission electric vehicles, eliminating the need for long charging downtimes. As CEO, my focus is on: Commercialisation: Accelerating the rollout of Janus’s technology with logistics partners and fleet operators. * Capital Strategy: ensuring the business is capitalised for growth and delivering value to shareholders. +1 Operational Scale: Building the infrastructure and team required to support a national logistics network. Triniti is a Venture Studio. We are a global collective of innovators, change-makers, designers and engineers - working with ambitious companies and investors to define and build the future. This includes AI strategy, implementation of agentic technologies and process optimisation, development of walled-garden LLM technologies, and replacement of legacy SAAS with bespoke software.
Originally a CSIRO and AMP Capital-backed venture, providing advanced software solutions that offer connectivity, control, orchestration, and fleet management for distributed energy resources (DERs), supporting energy retailers, distribution networks, consumers, and businesses. Acquired by Intellihub Group, jointly owned by Brookfield and Pacific Equity Partners, it now delivers transformative energy orchestration capabilities. - I led the company’s transformation into a global SaaS platform, rebuilt a globally distributed team, expanded the customer base to nine countries, secured over $40 million in funding, and delivered its sale to Pacific Equity Partners / Intellihub Group. - Led all sales efforts, establishing strategic partnerships with 25+ international utilities. - Oversaw the build of automated, scalable platforms with four ISO accreditations and GDPR compliance. - Transitioned to CEO of the acquiring entity and led Behind the Meter solutions at Intellihub across residential, C&I, and new markets. - Received 20+ global startup and innovation awards for industry-leading achievements. Search Party Group was a SaaS recruitment platform that revolutionised traditional recruitment models. - Co-founded and scaled operations, led sales and product development.-• Led the acquisition and onboarding of 3,500 recruitment agencies and a database of 50 million professional candidates, also securing and maintaining 1,000+ corporate and SME customers. - Built and led teams across Australia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. - Executed M&A transactions, culminating in a successful exit via IPO. - Raised over $30M in investment from global private and public market investors. - Received the Deloitte “Digital Disruption Award” and Westpac “Business of Tomorrow” recognition for innovation and market impact.
