After having gained two years of experience in a crime department, I started to work as a claims handler in the insurance industry in 2013, where I developed broad experience in handling liability and car insurance claims. I specialized in fraud claims in 2015 (Certified Fraud Manager, DVA). In October 2019 I joined Chubb as a Senior Claims Fraud Expert in Germany and was responsible for achieving the fraud goals, carried out awareness training, did fraud-audits etc. I am an IASIU member since 2019 and was selected for the 2020 IASIU Investigator of the Year Award and became CIFI (Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator). Since 2021 I volunteer in the IASIU Awards Committee. I was invited to be chairman and speaker at the 2nd Annual Excellence in Insurance Fraud Prevention, Detection and Investigation conference (2021) organized by the TBM Group. In 2021 Chubb was also nominated for the UK Insurance Post Claims & Fraud Awards (Investigation of the Year) because of an investigation I lead. We were honored as "Highly Commended Fraud Investigation of the Year". In October 2023 I joined Hiscox as a Specialist for Fraud and Quality Assurance in Europe. I am also active in the football industry and have been working as an agent, coach, manager, and scout at a high level for some years now (for example Hessian Football Federation and Inter Miami). I was invited as a guest speaker at the "Kurs Skautingowy Online" from the polish organization "Football Networking" some times since 2021. I passed the official Fifa Agent License test on the first try in April 2023 and run my agency Benjamin Hensel Sportsmentor since. 2025 I became video scout for the women's soccer team Racing Louisville FC (NWSL) and focused on women's football since.
