About

An early architect of the YouTube eco-system and creator economy, I spent nearly seven years at Google and YouTube (2006–2013) shaping the future of digital content. During my tenure, I led the EMEA launch of the YouTube Partner Program and served as the first hire for YouTube’s Next Lab EMEA, where I built the Audience Development team from the ground up. I was also instrumental in globalizing the YouTube Creator Playbook, the definitive guide that scaled millions of channels. In 2013, I co-founded BuzzMyVideos to bridge the gap between content and hyper-growth. Today, we are evolving into a next-generation YouTube growth powerhouse. By spearheading FullScore.AI, I am leveraging proprietary AI-driven strategies to help media companies and rights-holders dominate YouTube.
