About

I lead people through the moments that matter most. I bring calm, decisive direction to mission-critical, high-trust environments — where strategy has to become real-world outcomes, and credibility is earned through execution. I’ve led in some of the highest-stakes settings there are: emergency response, crisis management, and operations where the protection of people, assets, operations, and reputation is non-negotiable. I’m at my best when the pressure is real and the consequences matter. I help complex organisations move from strategic intent to measurable value. Stabilising high-risk operations, designing enterprise solutions, building capability where none existed — always focused on change that embeds and endures, not initiatives that fail to stick. My background spans senior leadership in law enforcement and public sector bodies, plus start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise. That mix means I understand how large, highly scrutinised institutions actually buy, decide, and change — and how to earn trust with the executives, partners, and frontline teams who live with the result. A defining part of my work is owning complexity for others. I’ve led major consulting partners and multi-disciplinary teams — holding clarity, pace, and accountability while balancing organisational, regulatory, and commercial demands. I’m at my best as a trusted advisor: shaping operating models, governance, and ways of working that turn ambition into practical reality. Above all, I’m people-led. I believe sustainable transformation is delivered through people, and I’m known for bringing executives, partners, and frontline teams together where interests don’t naturally align. My focus is lasting impact — performance, resilience, confidence, and inclusive ways of working. I’m also Chair of Trustees of a community charity serving 1,500+ local residents each week, with £1m income and board responsibility for an Ofsted-compliant nursery. It keeps me close to the people public services exist to serve. Experienced across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. Motivated by roles focused on mission-critical delivery, executive engagement, and helping complex public sector and enterprise organisations realise real, measurable value.
