I joined Motius at ~25 FTEs and left them with 120+ FTEs and 800+ talents. The rapid company growth gave me the opportunity to take over many responsibilities, and grow into a variety of different roles. During the last two years, I was building up a team of Product Owners and supported them, in leading successful product innovations. During my time at Motius, I had the chance to work on 60+ innovation/technology projects in various fields. From IoT, Connected Mobility, AI/Computer Vision/Chatbots, VR/AR to large Web applications and Cloud infrastructures. From small teams to large initiatives with 5+ agile teams and 20+ engineers/designers. We worked with 30+ clients across all industries. From large organizations (e.g. BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Vodafone, MTU), SMEs, startups to the UAE Government (e.g. Dubai Future Foundation, DEWA).
